The registration system for VRIPHYS 2014 ist now available on https://events.eg.org/egshop/jsf/user/conferencelist.jsp.
Please select “VRIPHYS 2014” in the table.

Registration fees


(including Gala Dinner):


  • Early bird (until August 14): Student 200€ / Non-Student 320€
  • Late (after August 14): Student 260€ / Non-Student 420€
All participants must be registered; we recommend to register in advance.
The registration fees include the gala dinner and the digital proceedings on USB.

Registration details


  • Early bird registration rates will be possible until August 14.
  • We only accept Visa and Mastercard.
  • For payments by bank transfer the registration will only be confirmed upon receipt of payment in full.
  • After August 14, the late registration rates will be applied and payment of your registration will only be possible by credit card.
  • Registration by phone is not possible.
  • On-site registration at late registration rates will be possible during the conference, by credit card payment only. Cash will not be accepted.

Student status



A copy of your valid student ID card is necessary to confirm the student status. Students must have been a student at a recognized university at the VRIPHYS 2014 submission deadline to receive the discounted rate. Please submit a proof of your student status in the registration system.
In addition, please bring this proof with you to the registration desk at the conference.

Cancellation policy for individual registration & reservations


  • All cancellations must be notified in writing (by mail or e-mail) to the conference organizers according to the following conditions and reimbursement will be processed AFTER the conference:
  • Up to September 7, 2014 : a 20% cancellation fee will be withheld for administrative fee,
  • After September 7, 2014 no refund
  • Cancellation must be notified in writing to the conference organizers before September 7, 2014
  • If, for reasons beyond the control of the organizers, the conference is cancelled, the registration fee will be refunded after expenses incurred by the conference have been deduced.
  • If you are unable to attend, a colleague may attend in your place. Please send written notifications about this.
